The output direction of the horizontal type is parallel with the fixed direction, and the output shaft of the vertical  type are straight with the fixed direction. The vertical type has concentric and eccentric, the means of the concentric is concentric the output shaft with the convex circle of fixed flange, the means of the eccentric is eccentric the output shaft with the convex circle of fixed flange, the company product is a concentric type besides GV-18 is the eccentric type.

    In the gear motor the material of the gear is SCM4 or S45C after high frequency processing, after the heat treatment, the armature is treated by gear-hobbing machine again, therefore the precision of gear reach above JIS2, the precision of section of gear could also reach above JIS2, so the noise is minimum. The hardness of output shaft key’s surface is extremely highest after the heat treatment, could support the cutting force of sprocket or the belt pulley. The gear shaft could support the cutting force the heat treatment. The all bearing are purchased from the well-known company of Japanese or European for promising product quanlity.

The overall effect is not unlike that obtained in multi-stage devices. However, in the case of the TPG Ring Blower, the increased output is due to many regenerative cycles that take place during each revolution of the impeller.
